RANSOMWARE RESILIENCE IN GOVERNMENT: PROTECTING CITIZEN'S DATA AND PUBLIC SERVICES
Local governments are prime targets for ransomware attacks, as cybercriminals seek to disrupt essential services and access sensitive public data. Traditional security approaches often fall short in preventing these increasingly sophisticated threats, leaving municipalities vulnerable to data breaches, financial losses, and operational shutdowns.
Join cybersecurity experts from the Town of North Andover and BullWall as they discuss how a proactive containment strategy can safeguard public services and critical infrastructure. Learn how ransomware resilience can empower local governments to detect, contain, and recover from attacks, ensuring continuity for the communities they serve.
In this session, we will cover:
- The unique ransomware challenges facing local governments and public agencies.
- How a containment approach ensures service continuity, protects sensitive data, and supports regulatory compliance
- A real-world example of ransomware resilience in action at the Town of North Andover
This webinar will equip government IT leaders with actionable strategies to build ransomware resilience and maintain the security and trust their communities rely on.

Jenny Browne
Sr Territory Manager
Jenny has over 21 years of experience in helping customers manage risk. While at the NYSE/Intercontinental Exchange, she focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance, working with customers using AI and ML to identify weaknesses and create a reinforcement strategy. Moving onto real-time threat intelligence at Dataminr, she helped customers stay one step ahead by breaking down the information they needed for operations and business continuity.
While both of those are key parts of the program, it became clear that prevention wasn’t enough.
