Modern Slavery Act

Pursuant to the United Kingdom (UK) Modern Slavery Act 2015, Chapter 30, Part 6, Provision 54, BullWall Ltd (BullWall) states that we have taken steps to identify and minimise the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place in any of our supply chains and in any part of our business.

Risk Analysis:

The software industry as a whole represents amongst the lowest risk industries for modern slavery. Further to the publication of the Modern Slavery Act, we are conducting exercises to identify external consultants, and suppliers in countries at higher risk of forced labour. Initial assessments show that all BullWall’s external consultants, and suppliers are located in very low risk areas.

We acknowledge our responsibility as a commercial organisation under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and ensure the communication of this responsibility, as well as transparency, within our organisation and external consultants, and suppliers. We will not support or deal with any business that we know to be involved in slavery or human trafficking.

This policy applies to all persons:

1. working for BullWall or on our behalf, in any capacity, including employees at all levels
2. or our contractors, external consultants, and suppliers

BullWall is committed to:

1. acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships
2. implementing and enforcing controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within BullWall or within areas of our external consultants and suppliers

Breaches of this policy

Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. We may terminate our relationship with external consultants and suppliers working on our behalf if they breach this policy.
